"Working with a large company for nine months to create all the art for the walls of two buildings, I chose to work digitally. I spent time in the company getting to know every aspect of its life, which centered around the health insurance industry.

I often worked on location directly on a Powerbook. In this piece, I wanted to capture the vitality, committment and humour apparent to me in a busy office. I wanted the employees who had to live with the artwork (printed large on canvas) to feel included but not patronised by the piece. In the end, apparently, they love it!"
